Slimbo Wes's skinny 650 Triumph.
Wes from California sent
me a pic of 'Slimbo', his Trump-in-progress,
as a Reader's Ride and I liked the cleaness of the lines and its
unusual, 'spindley' appearance. So I asked for more information.
Wes runs a small shop called Four Aces
Cycle Supply
in the San Fernando Valley specialising in custom Triumphs
and vintage British and Harley parts.
He says: "I cater
to the do-it-yourself crowd, but would build a bike
for someone if they asked and PAID !!!"
So if you like what you see, give
Wes a call on 818-997-832. Wes says:
"Hey man, here are
some shots of "Slimbo" my newest creation.
Hopefully you will be able to use some of them for the site.
My motivation was a rebellion
against all fat-tired bikes. Skinniest tires I could find, named bike Slimbo.
I mean do you want your girlfriend to have a big fat tire in the rear!!!???!!!
